According to the relevant provisions of the Notice on Taxation Policy Issues Concerning Technologically Advanced Service Enterprises (Caishui [2009] No. 63) and the Trial Measures for the Administration of the Recognition of Technologically Advanced Service Enterprises in Shanghai (Shanghai Science and Technology Cooperation [2009] No. 31) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the National Development and Reform Commission, as well as the spirit of the Reply of the General Office of the State Council on Encouraging the Accelerated Development of the Service Outsourcing Industry (Guobanhan [2010] No. 69), after organizing relevant experts to conduct compliance review and public announcement of the application materials of the enterprises, 28 enterprises including our company were identified as the second batch of technologically advanced service enterprises in Shanghai in 2010.
